I’m Kim, Hockey Mom RD, a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping youth ice hockey parents and their skaters learn how to use food to improve their hockey performance.
I spent 20 years teaching college nutrition and cooking courses. I am the author of Eat, Skate, Win: 7 Steps for Your Youth Ice Hockey Star to Eat Like a Champion, and the mother of two boys who played hockey for 11 years.
Since 2010 I have helped skaters and goalies rise from the ranks of House League to Juniors (USPHL, NA3HL, NAHL, USHL,) and to the NHL Draft list, NHL Development Camps, and earn commitments to play D1 college hockey.
